Why is the 'Submit' button disabled?
NMB Shadow has detected sensitive information (PII or credentials) in your prompt. This is a safety interlock. You must either redact the data or click "Bypass" in the interception banner to re-enable submission.
Does NMB Shadow work on custom internal AI models?
Yes. Open the Command Center, click on "Protected Assets," and add your company's internal URL (e.g., ai.internal.corp). The enforcement layer will immediately activate for that domain.
Will my data be sent to NMB servers?
Never. NMB Shadow operates with 100% local processing. All scans and pattern matching happen on your machine. We do not maintain any central telemetry for your data.
How do I update the detection patterns?
Detection patterns are updated automatically through extension updates. If you have a specific pattern your company needs monitored, please contact our support email.
